Yes. Your agents are recruited, trained, and assigned specifically to your campaign. They learn your brand, your offer, your territory, and your qualification criteria. They do not work on other clients' campaigns simultaneously.
The number of agents is tailored to your sales capacity and appointment goals. During your strategy call, we'll determine the right number based on how many closers you have, how many appointments per week you need, and the size of your territory.
Yes. Every agent candidate goes through our multi-stage screening process. At the final interview stage, you meet the top candidates and make the final decision on who represents your company.
We monitor agent performance daily. If an agent is underperforming, they receive immediate coaching from our Call Center Manager. If they don't improve within a short window, they are replaced. We maintain a standard of five qualified appointments per agent per week.
Technology & Access
Nothing beyond a computer and an internet connection. We configure and manage all the technology for you — CRM, dialer, calendar integration, and communication tools. You'll receive login credentials and a walkthrough during onboarding.
Absolutely. You have full access to the dialer dashboard where you can see live agent activity, call volume, connect rates, and individual performance metrics at any time.
We integrate your Google Calendar directly with our CRM. When an agent books a qualified appointment, it appears instantly in your calendar with the homeowner's name, phone number, address, and all qualification details. Your closers see exactly who they're meeting and when.
Process & Timeline
From your strategy call to your first live campaign, the process typically takes one to two weeks. This includes onboarding, technology setup, agent recruitment, training, and launch verification.

We serve solar and roofing companies across the United States. During your strategy call, we'll confirm your service area and start building your territory map.
Your primary job is to close deals. We manage the call center operation day-to-day. You'll have a weekly check-in with your Customer Success Manager, access to all dashboards and tools, and the ability to communicate with your agents directly. We also encourage you to share feedback on appointment quality so we can continuously refine targeting and qualification.
